Burbank's has the look and feel of a real Memphis Bar B Q pit.  The new management team has worked with founder, Gary Burbank on returning the concept to its original roots.  The dining room has recently been renovated.  You'll find rolls of paper towels, and bar-b-q sauces on the table.

The Food: 

Ribs, pork, chicken and brisket are slow smoked over hickory wood every day.  There are many original southern sides also, including Miss Carol's sweet potato casserole and southern green beans.  Like in Memphis, the Bar-B-Q is served without sauce and there are four sauces including Yankee Sweet, Southern Tang Mild, Southern Tang Hot and 911 Screamer. 

And, of course, you can't forget about Burbank's sweet corn bread.  Save room for Oreo Pie or Pearl's sugar glazed cheesecake.

The Booze:

A full bar is always open at Burbank's featuring Pitt's Beer on tap (the beer that made America tinkle) and lots of other specialty drinks served in Burbank's handled mason jars.
